All slips include water service, some include electric and others may require an account be set up with local power company. Renters have access to all the marina facilities including parking, two fish cleaning stations, pump out facilities, workshop, tiki bar, grill, kitchen, showers & bathrooms and laundry facilities. Generally, vessel can not be longer than the slip including bowsprit, davits, swim platform, etc. Check with the Harbor Master as some overage may be permitted. WIFI is available at the clubhouse. Liveaboards are allowed! Only 3 miles to Coffins Patch reef and 6 miles to Sombrero light reef. for fantastic snorkeling or diving. Swim and relax at the local sandbar, a short boat ride away!

Slip - T7
Available February 1st Slip T7 is 50’ in length and approximately 23’ wide but can accommodate slightly longer boat. Easy ocean access. Protected slip. On site amenities including tiki bar, grill, bathrooms, hot showers, laundry, fish cleaning stations, weekly pump out, 50-amp electrical connection and water. $1000/month plus electric.

Bonefish Marina Condominium Association does not act as a rental agent. The Association requires that you provide a copy of your vessel's insurance declaration page, showing proof of liability coverage, minimum amount $300,000 if boat is trailerable. All other boats are required to have $500,000 prior to occupying a slip. You must complete and return the Rental/Dockage Application, an Unattended Vessel/Hurricane Plan, and provide a current picture of your vessel and $50 application fee prior to using Bonefish Marina slips. Returning guests please note this process needs to be repeated every time you enter into a new rental agreement.
If you intend to live aboard your vessel for more than 60 days a year, you must complete the Live-Aboard Agreement.
