Slips for LEASE
All slips are individually owned, all slip leases are coordinated directly with the owner of the slip. The Bonefish Marina Condo Association does not directly facilitate the lease of slips. Direct contact information for the owner or their agent is provided on this page.
All slips include water service, some include electric (50 amp), and others may require an account be set up with local power company. Minimum lease time is 30 days. Lessees have access to all the marina facilities including parking, two fish cleaning stations, pump out facilities, workshop, tiki bar, grill, kitchen, showers & bathrooms and laundry facilities. Generally, vessel cannot be longer than the slip including bowsprit, davits, swim platform, etc. Check with the Harbor Master as some overage may be permitted. WIFI is available at the clubhouse. Liveaboards are allowed! Only 3 miles to Coffins Patch reef and 6 miles to Sombrero light reef. for fantastic snorkeling or diving. Swim and relax at the local sandbar, a short boat ride away!
