All slips are individually owned, all slip leases are coordinated directly with the owner of the slip. The Bonefish Marina Condo Association does not directly facilitate the lease of slips. Direct contact information for the owner or their agent is provided on this page.
All slips include water service, some include electric, and others may require an account be set up with local power company. Minimum lease time is 30 days. Lessees have access to all the marina facilities including parking, two fish cleaning stations, pump out facilities, workshop, tiki bar, grill, kitchen, showers & bathrooms and laundry facilities. Generally, vessel cannot be longer than the slip including bowsprit, davits, swim platform, etc. Check with the Harbor Master as some overage may be permitted. WIFI is available at the clubhouse. Liveaboards are allowed! Only 3 miles to Coffins Patch reef and 6 miles to Sombrero light reef. for fantastic snorkeling or diving. Swim and relax at the local sandbar, a short boat ride away!

Bonefish Marina Condominium Association is a privately owned and operated facility for the enjoyment of our slip owners and their lessees. All slips are individually owned by the Association members. There are NO public facilities or services offered.
Bonefish Marina Condominium Association does not act as a lease agent. The Association requires that you provide a copy of your vessel's insurance declaration page, showing proof of liability coverage, minimum amount $300,000 if boat is trailered. All other boats are required to have $500,000 prior to occupying a slip. You must complete and return the Rental/Dockage Application, an Unattended Vessel/Hurricane Plan, and provide a current picture of your vessel and $50 application fee prior to using Bonefish Marina slips. Returning guests please note this process needs to be repeated every time you enter into a new rental agreement.
If you intend to live aboard your vessel for more than 60 days a year, you must complete the Live-Aboard Agreement.
